Sam Paradigm Foundation was established in 2021 as a charitable, non-governmental development organisation created to translate compassion into structured, measurable social impact. Since its founding, the Foundation has delivered a consistent programme of orphan care, health screenings and basic healthcare outreach, educational scholarships, and borehole/WASH infrastructure.
The Foundation operates at the intersection of humanitarian relief, sustainable development, and faith-motivated service — a positioning that broadens its constituency of support to include the Church, the diaspora, corporate CSR partners, and secular development funders alike. Led by Founder and Executive Director, Prophet Sampson Okyere.
Impact is multiplied through collaboration with governments, corporates, churches, multilateral agencies, and the diaspora. Every contribution — financial, professional, or relational — goes directly to last-mile communities in Ghana and across the sub-region.
